Pricing



Kilo's pricing is straightforward: pick the plan that matches your traffic volume, and pay monthly. Every plan includes all sales frameworks, full customization, and lead notifications. The main differences are conversation volume, number of sites, and CRM integrations.

Free Trial — $0 for 21 days



The trial gives you full access to every feature so you can see exactly how Kilo works on your website before committing. There's no feature gating — you get the same AI agent, the same frameworks, and the same dashboard as paid users.

What's included:
  • 100 conversations — enough to see real results if your site gets moderate traffic
  • 1 website — connect your primary domain
  • All sales frameworks — MEDDPICC, BANT, and SPICED
  • Full widget customization — colors, corners, deployment modes
  • Slack and email notifications — set up lead briefs from day one
  • Kilo branding shown — a small "Powered by Kilo" badge appears on the widget


  • A credit card is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the 21 days are up. You can cancel anytime before then.

    Tip: Don't wait for the trial to end to evaluate Kilo. Most teams see meaningful conversations within the first 48 hours. If you're getting qualified lead briefs in Slack by day 3, that's a strong signal Kilo is worth keeping.

    Starter — $199/month



    The Starter plan is designed for teams with moderate website traffic who want to capture and qualify leads automatically. It's the most popular plan for companies just getting started with AI-powered qualification.

    What's included:
  • 300 conversations per month — suitable for websites with 5,000-20,000 monthly visitors (typical conversion to chat is 2-5%)
  • 1 website — your primary domain
  • All sales frameworks — MEDDPICC, BANT, and SPICED
  • Slack lead briefs — qualified leads sent to your team in real time
  • Email notifications — backup alerts to the account owner
  • No Kilo branding — the widget looks fully native to your site
  • Top-up available — 100 additional conversations for $150 if you need more mid-cycle


  • Who it's for: B2B SaaS companies with one website, a small-to-medium sales team, and steady inbound traffic. If you're running content marketing, SEO, or paid campaigns that drive visitors to your site, Starter captures the leads those efforts generate.

    Growth — $999/month



    The Growth plan is built for larger teams with higher traffic or multiple products. It adds CRM integration so qualified leads flow directly into your sales workflow without any manual handoff.

    What's included:
  • 1,500 conversations per month — suitable for high-traffic websites or companies running significant paid acquisition
  • 3 websites — connect multiple domains (e.g., your main site, a product-specific site, and a landing page domain)
  • All sales frameworks — MEDDPICC, BANT, and SPICED
  • Slack lead briefs — qualified leads in real time
  • Email notifications — backup alerts
  • CRM sync — automatically push qualified leads and their conversation data to HubSpot, Attio, or Salesforce
  • No Kilo branding — fully native widget appearance
  • Top-up available — 100 additional conversations for $100 (lower per-conversation cost than Starter)


  • Who it's for: Companies with a dedicated sales team, multiple product lines or domains, and the volume to justify CRM automation. The CRM sync alone saves hours of manual data entry each week, and the lower top-up cost makes high-volume months more affordable.

    Understanding conversation limits



    A "conversation" counts when a visitor sends their first message. All subsequent messages within that same conversation are free — whether it's 3 messages or 30.

    Here's how the limit system works:
  • At 80% of your limit — you receive a heads-up alert via email and Slack. On the Starter plan, this means after 240 conversations. This gives you time to decide whether to purchase a top-up before you run out.
  • At 100% of your limit — Kilo pauses new conversations. The widget stops appearing for new visitors until you either top up or your billing cycle resets. Active conversations that are already in progress can continue.


  • Top-ups



    If you're having a high-traffic month (maybe you launched a campaign or got featured in the press), you can purchase additional conversations without waiting for your next billing cycle.

  • Go to Account > Billing in your dashboard.
  • Click "Top up."
  • Choose how many conversation packs you need (sold in packs of 100).
  • Confirm the purchase.


  • Top-up pricing depends on your plan:
  • Starter: $150 per 100 conversations ($1.50 each)
  • Growth: $100 per 100 conversations ($1.00 each)


  • Top-up conversations don't expire at the end of the billing cycle — they carry over until used.

    Common questions



    "Can I switch plans mid-cycle?" Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you're prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

    "What happens if I cancel?" Your widget stops appearing and no new conversations are processed. Your data (conversations, settings, knowledge base) is preserved for 30 days in case you decide to resubscribe.
